Delivery
We deliver and collect your hire plant. When you hire from us we will get in touch to book in your delivery, at this point we will confirm the delivery and collection price. When the plant is delivered it will have been cleaned and inspected before it gets to you. We take safety very seriously, so everything has to be as it should be before it arrives at each new hire. We’ll also need to confirm that you have the correct insurance.
When delivery is being arranged you’ll need to let us know if there’s any access issues with your site, if it’s behind a locked gate we’ll need to know who to call to gain access.
Once eveything has been delivered we’ll make sure you know how to use the equipment that you’ve hired. It’s important that you ask if you have any questions
Collection
When we arranged delivery we will have booked a collection date. If your job has over-run it’s not a problem, just get in touch to arrange a new collection date. When your plant is collected you should ensure that you have refilled the fuel tanks, or you will be charged extra for the fuel.
